In consideration of this event I waive any and all claims for myself and my heirs against officials sponsors Bear-B-Q organizers Kansas City Barbcue Society J Herrin LLC Carolina East Foundation Sponsors and Volunteers associated with this event from liability. Further I hereby grant full permission to use any photographs videotapes motion pictures recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Bear-B-Q Organization J Herrin LLC and Carolina East Foundation.
