We Kindly ask you please help our charity and cook 2 Boston Butts, supplied by the event organizer upon check-in, for the People’s Choice charity event. Completed Butts will be picked up by 10am on Saturday. You may prepare prior to the event and just heat them up if you prefer. We appreciate your participation for this charity.

In consideration of this event I waive any and all claims for myself and my heirs against officials sponsors Bear-B-Q organizers Kansas City Barbcue Society J Herrin LLC Carolina East Foundation Sponsors and Volunteers associated with this event from liability. Further I hereby grant full permission to use any photographs videotapes motion pictures recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Bear-B-Q Organization J Herrin LLC and Carolina East Foundation.
